PRIME GOLDEN GATE COMPANY (LTD) was registered and incorporated in the BANGLADESH as a GENERAL CONTRACTING & CONSTRUCTION company. Prime Golden Gate Company as the name implies is PRIME GOLDEN GATE in executing its services and thereby carries very little overhead. This results in cost savings, which we pass to our clients. PRIME GOLDEN GATE GENERAL CONTRACTING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY articulates effectively the different knowledge areas of Integrated Construction and Project management, these which include; scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communications management, risk management, procurement management and General Supplies.

Quality Control/Assurance

Quality Assurance and Control are one of the most important aspects of civil engineering construction and WA Road always appoints reputable testing companies to conduct quality control and provides a series of outline templates that the supervision team will customize and include the specific details of the contract in question. The QA Plan will be developed and completed during the Pre-Construction induction when all of the Employees to be involved in the implementation of the construction works is present. Employees will have the opportunity to raise issues and clarify any uncertainty over roles or ambiguity regarding implementation arrangements. The roles and responsibilities of each member of Employee will be printed and distributed to each member of team member within 5 days of the induction. This must be completed during the contract mobilization period when all employee will be equipped and prepared before the preliminary construction activities commence. We Delight in the quality work we always produce.

Fire Safety Upgrades

We have a lot of experience in all aspects of the Fire Safety upgrades and general contracting work. Also we have an extensive knowledge with fire safety upgrades and can offer the replacement of fire doors, installation of fire walls, fire damper replacement units and fire rated windows. We can also project manage or engage other trades such as electrical and fire extinguishers to undertake your requirements with minimal fuss and little interruption to your tenancy.
